Sistemul revolutionar anti-pana, fara camera, pentru offroad.
Nu este vorba de a alege tubeless doar de dragul de a elimina clasicele camere pneumatice. Este vorba de nenumaratele benficii oferite de TUbliss® care fac din orice motociclist tot-teren un pilot mai bun, mai rapid, mai sigur si mai stapan pe motocicleta sa.
TUbliss functioneaza practic ca un gripster care blocheaza anvelopa pe janta care etanseaza interiorul anvelopei. Consolideaza flancurile anvelopei si
rigidizeaza janta. Fixeaza talonul de janta pe intreaga sa circumferinta eliminand nevoia de a mai folosi camerele conventionale. TUbliss permite rularea cu presiuni scazute (chiar si sub 0,6bar 10psi) pentru imbunatatirea tractiunii, factor crucial in competitiile enduro si baja.
In primul rand:
Lipsa camerei conventionale se traduce prin eliminarea riscului de pana prin "ciupirea" sau "taierea" camerei in urma socurilor sau loviturilor cauzate in general de abordarea obstacolelor cu viteze ridicate. Chiar si in cazul perforarii anvelopei, aceasta ramane fixata pe janta permitand rularea in continuare fara probleme.
Camera pneumatica interioara TUbilss, de inalta presiune, (7 bar) fixeaza talonul anvelopei pe janta, pe intreaga circumferinta si ofera etansare si rezistenta la rasucire.
Etansarea se face pe talonul interior al anvelopei si nu pe janta, mentinand astfel cu fermitate peretii laterali (flancurile) ai anvelopei in pozitie verticala si permitand absorbirea eficienta a socurilor.
Se elimina astfel tenditele de flexare laterala sau de recul ale unei roti umflate cu presiune prea mare sau echipata cu camera conventionala.
Designul revolutionar permite montarea TUbliss si pe jante ciobite, lovite si chiar strambe.
Fixeaza anvelopa atat de bine de janta, incat permite rularea cu presiuni scazute si obtinerea unei aderente optime fara riscul de a smulge valva.
Inlocuiti vechea tehnologie cu un sistem nou, modern, revolutionar si eficient! Chiar si in cazul perforarii anvelopei, aceasta ramane asezata ferm pe janta permitand rularea in continuare.
Se recomanda si este chiar indicata folosirea impreuna cu TUbliss a solutiilor de sigilare tip gel anti-pana.
Aceste solutii anti-pana nu pot fi eficiente in camerele clasice, deoarece gaurile rezultate din perforari se maresc, se intind sau se produc rupturi iar etansarea oferita de asemenea solutii devine imposibila pentru gauri de dimensiuni mari.
Folosite impreuna cu TUbliss, aceste solutii (antipana) etanseaza acolo unde conteaza de fapt, pe anvelopa, avand eficienta optima.Impreuna cu blocarea ferma a anvelopei pe janta, fac sa dispara "voblajele" cauzate de penele de cauciuc.
Pilotii off-road care au folosit TUbliss au declarat ca au mers in acelasi ritm competitional, fara sa fie constienti sau afectati de faptul ca aveau de fapt pana de cauciuc!
TUbliss va ofera o reducere de pana la 1,4 kg pentru ficare roata, care se traduce prin forte centrifugale reduse si acceleratii imbunatatite.
De asemenea prin reducerea maselor nesuspendate se obtin castiguri considerabile in performante ale suspensiei motocicletei.
Expertii spun ca renuntarea la 0,453 Kg din greutatea nesuspendata* rotativa este echivalentul reducerii a 2,268 Kg de greut ate statica (ne-rotativa).
Prin absenta greutatii si frictiunilor camerei clasice, temperatura din interiorul anvelopei este diminuata considerabil iar din acest motiv, dispar implicit si cresterile de presiune in anvelope din timpul curselor off-road.
TUbliss protejeaza jantele prin mentinerea cu fermitate a talonului anvelopei pe janta in pozitie verticala, obtinand astfel un ansamblu rigid la nivelul flancurilor, pregatit sa preia orice soc puternic si sa abrsoarba total impactul fara a lovi sau deteriora jantele.
